The Graduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Skills (Surgical Anatomy) provides sound knowledge and understanding of human anatomy that underpins successful surgical practice through a series of whole-body cadaveric dissections taught by subspecialist surgeons.

For admission you will need to attend an interview with the Head of the Discipline of Surgery, or their nominee, whose approval you will need for admission to the course.
Surgeons have the opportunity to work in a range of settings, such as small regional hospitals and large metro public or private hospitals. Graduates may pursue careers in all areas of surgery specialisation and the program offers training for those interested in pursuing a career in academic surgery.
