Legal Project Management is one of the 'hot topics' in the legal community. Case studies and live examples used in this unit, including for the assessment pieces, will include international content. The purpose of this unit is to introduce students and practising professionals to optimal use of legal project management to enhance their employment prospects in the current legal services market, and indeed also to wider industry opportunities. Legal Project Management provides a framework to operationalise innovation in legal practice. Students work in project management groups in a legal setting and communicate effectively to with team members, project stakeholders and sponsors
