About this course

Learn the Tools of the Trade

Ongoing research and consultation with industry highlights a skills gap for those making the transition into a leadership role for the first time. It requires not only a whole new set of skills but also a mindset and relationship shift to make the transition effective.

This course is designed for the new-to-role leader or leaders who are stepping into their first leadership role and provides the practical skills you need to lead a team.

Leadership skills are critical to the success of all organisations, and can be applied in a board range of context. Skilled leaders do more than run operations, they inspire performance, communicate with influence, drive innovation and provide true leadership.

This course helps you to understand and put in place the foundations of your leadership, which will last you a lifetime. Designed to provide practical tools and processes, so you can learn them one day and use them the next.

This course can be studied via two options - full six workshop program or one workshop targeted training.

This training is also available for industry clients and training is contextualised to the business and industry requirements.

The workshops provide you with the practical skills you need to lead a team as highlighted through some of our feedback.

'I have already implemented many of the new tools into my workplace'.

'I was able to take away a lot of the knowledge, confidence and strategies to continue to build on my leadership skills'.
